We store the personal data you have provided on our website. We use cookies on our website to provide you, as a visitor, with the best customer experience and service.<\/p>

In order to fulfill our obligations under the agreement, necessary information is provided to our payment provider, Stripe, to process the payment for the stay. All payment handling and card information are processed directly through Stripe. We do not see, nor do we store, any card information.<\/p>

Information that we are required to retain under the Accounting Act will be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the legal requirements.<\/p>

8. Rights of the data subject:<\/strong>
We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and applicable regulations. Please note that you have the right to request access to and transfer of your personal data, as well as to request correction or deletion of your data. You can also file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe your data is being processed in violation of the rules.<\/p>

We have a Data Protection Officer, Jon Runde, who ensures that the regulations of the Personal Data Protection Act regarding the processing of personal data are followed.<\/p>
